Åsa Afshari
Chief People Officer
Åsa joined Avensia in Jan 2018. Prior to joining the company, Åsa was HR Manager at IKEA IT. Before that she was with Massive Entertainment – a Ubisoft studio and she also has several years of experience from company EMS ekonomi och Personal as HR consultant.
Åsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Linné University in Växjö.
Tor Eivind Aurdal
Chief Sales Officer
Tor Eivind has been the CSO at Avensia since January 2024 and has worked at the company since 2019 in sales and as Country Manager for Avensia Norway. He has a background in sales and has been involved in launching Apsis' Norwegian operations.
Tor Eivind holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from BI in Norway.

Controller
Matilda has worked as Business controller at Avensia since 2021. Prior to Avensia, Matilda has a background as Authorized Public Accountant at Deloitte.

Hampus Eckersten
VP of Customer Experience
Hampus joined Avensia in 2019 and has held a variety of senior roles within the company. Prior to joining Avensia Hampus acquired a strong consultancy track record, as a program management consultant and in different management positions, most recently from Capgemini.
Hampus holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Production Management and Logistics, from Lund University.
Marie Relke
VP of Development
Marie joined Avensia in 2019 as Director of Development. In 2023, she became Director of Project Management & Operations, and by 2025 the VP of Development – PMO & Operations. Prior to joining Avensia, Marie held different roles at various companies such as IKEA IT, IKEA Services, Capgemini, CGI, and Tetra Pak.
Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona.
Johan Sommar
Chief Strategist
Johan has been with Avensia since 2015 and been involved in most of Avensia's larger retail and D2C projects. Prior to Avensia, Johan has held positions as Management Consultant, Managing Director, retail coordinator and business developer within e-commerce and retail.
Johan holds a Master of science in Business administration from University of Linköping and extended degree in consumer behavior from University of Auckland, NZ.
Patrik Sundquist
Chief Growth Officer
Patrik started at Avensia 2016 by establishing the Stockholm office. Prior to this Patrik had been working at Optimizely. Since then Patrik have had the role of sales director, being responsible for the new business as well as managing important alliances with partners.
Patrik holds a high school diploma from the Social Science program at Östra Real.
Robin Gustafsson
CEO
Robin has been Avensia's CEO since 2020. He held the same position between 2011-2018 and is also co-founder of the company. He has a background as a consultant in software development and structural mechanics. Robin is also the chairman of Svenska Medalj and board director of CoolStuff.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Sofia has been with Avensia since October 2018. Prior to joining the company, Sofia was Sales Service Solution Professional at Microsoft and worked within Microsoft for fours years.
Sofia has a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University.
Johan Bromander
VP PMO
Johan has a background in consulting and expertise in project management, change management, process development, and business development. At Avensia IM AB, he leads the company’s PMO and oversees the delivery of MDM services while managing a team based in Scandinavia.
Johan has courses in Computer Science at Blekinge Institute of Technology.
Aleksandra Grelak
Controller
Aleksandra has been working at Avensia since 2022 as Project and Revenue Manager and Controller since 2024. She has a background as an accountant and has worked both abroad and in Sweden at companies such as Visma and Air Liquide before joining Avensia.
Aleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from University of South-Eastern Norway.
Magnus Hedberg
Director of Development
Magnus joined Avensia in early 2018 and brings long experience in business development and leadership. Oversees PIM Delivery and development of the Scandinavian team.
Magnus has been studying Multimedia Engineering at University of Lund and Interaction Design at University of Malmö.

Johan joined Avensia in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience operating in the area between business strategy, processes, and technology within industries such as retail, manufacturing and distribution.
Johan studied software engineering at Lund University of Technology and holds an executive scholarship from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management focusing on driving growth through digital transformation.

Ståle has been Client Director at Avensia since 2020 and has a background in customer responsibility, sales and project management in software development of PIM/MDM- and ERP solutions. He also has a background in digital transformation and change management.

Stephanie Rosvall joined Avensia in 2017 and has experience in areas such as recruitment, executive search, leadership, career transition, strategy, and organizational development. Before joining Avensia, she worked as a consultant specializing in these areas and also has a background as an IT recruitment consultant.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stockholm University.
Desiree Roxas

Desiree joined Avensia in 2019 after collaborating with the company through offshore BPOs in Cebu since 2015. Prior to joining Avensia, she had an extensive background in software engineering, with experience spanning industries such as healthcare, network communications, and printing.
Desiree holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UCLM in Cebu and some Master's units in Computer Science in UP-Cebu.

Zandro has been with Avensia since January 2021. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in Data Analytics, Operations Management, Systems Administration, and Technical Support, gained from roles at companies like Amihan/Workforce, Digitaria, Telmate, RapidScale, and Kovarus.
