Nilson Group partners with Avensia

Avensia is partnering with Nilson Group to further develop their existing e-commerce and create new innovative concepts to be tied together with the stores. A project that promotes Nilson’s existing Episerver solution by use of omnichannel functionality and the SCOPE framework.

 The highly competitive shoe retail industry is made up of many industrious online retailers. Now, Nilson Group is partnering with Avensia to launch an initiative focusing on e-commerce and omnichannel solutions.

 Initially, the initiative will focus on implementing SCOPE, Avensia’s framework that revolutionized the e-commerce industry last year. In the long-term it’s an omnichannel project that supports the whole customer journey between channels.

The e-commerce site FEETFIRST.se is where Nilson Group’s various concepts come together under one roof. Din Sko, Skopunkten, Nilson Shoes, Jerns, Radical Sports and Ecco are all separate concepts, each with their own stores, but they share the same web shop.

 Nilson Group is also working on establishing physical FEETFIRST stores in a range of locations across the country, most recently in Göteborgs’ Nordstan. With the goal to grow online, Nilson Group’s partnership with Avensia entails both strategy and technology that will help their business thrive.

Johan Sommar (formerly Hallgårde), Strategic Advisor at Avensia, will be leading the strategic work on behalf of Avensia, starting with the e-commerce but eventually also going into stores. A part of the project is to deliver an app for staff to be able to streamline work in physical stores and improve the customer journey in that channel.
